Your expertise and strategic thinking will be instrumental in optimizing project timelines and resource allocation, enabling the successful completion of our projects within budget and on time. Responsibilities: 1 Lead and manage a team of planners, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the successful execution of planning activities. 2 Develop and maintain project schedules using industry: leading planning software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements. 3 Collaborate with project managers and key stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines. 4 Conduct comprehensive analysis of project scope, identifying critical paths, dependencies, and potential risks. 5 Monitor project progress, tracking milestones, and providing regular updates to project stakeholders. 6 Identify potential delays, conflicts, or resource constraints and propose appropriate mitigation strategies. 7 Conduct regular progress meetings, coordinating with project teams to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting. 8 Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials and resources required for project execution. 9 Continuously evaluate and improve planning processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 10 Provide support during project audits and reviews, ensuring compliance with project schedules and contractual obligations. 11 Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements.
