Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Eastbourne Salary: GBP75,000 : GBP85,000 Job Type: Permanent Randstad are looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead a GBP25m healthcare project in East Susinteraction. The scheme involves the demolition of temporary structures, a new build facility with various wards, theatres and outpatient facilities, and the building will be connected to the existing hospital, which will involve some remodelling and refurbishment. The company is a Tier 1 contractor and this regional office has been established for many years. They have many exciting projects ranging in value from GBP25m to GBP100m and there is a secured pipeline of work along the South Coast for the successful candidate. You will receive: An attractive basic salary and annual bonus. A company car / car allowance. A full time, permanent role. Comprehensive PLC benefits package, including a generous pension plan. Ongoing work stream in the Susinteraction area. Career opportunity to lead the Commercial Team for the business unit. You will have: Experience working on healthcare projects. Experience with NEC / Procure 23 form of contracts. Experience working on large scale projects. Excellent negotiation and contract management skills with a track record of successful outcomes. Knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and supply chain best practices. This is a fast paced environment, where the successful candidate will need to hit the ground running and be able to take control of projects from day 1.
