Kimpton Fitzroy London are looking for a Front Office Rooms Controller to join their luxury hotel in Central London! You will earn £13.00 per hour! To succeed in this role, you will need: To be passionate about delivering great service and be guest focused Previous experience in Receptionist, Guest Relations, Concierge Experience with handling guests queries and complaints Experience using Opera PMS is a huge advantage To be willing to learn new things and work as part of a wide hotel team Key Responsibilities: Familiarise with VIP arrivals and departures, room moves, DM log issues, events, credit issues, familiarise with no shows and pre-regs, and any early arrivals Printing relevant daily reports Liaising with various departments including Reservations and Housekeeping Ensure showrooms are out of service in Opera. Make sure hotel is updated on any changes in show rooms by sending an email to whole hotel.
