About the Role: Entering employee amendments including starters, leavers, bank detail changes, personal data, ad hoc payments/deductions, tax record amendments etc. on the payroll system Regular data validation to ensure accuracy of records Administration of Teachers' Pension Scheme and the local government pension scheme. This includes producing accurate and timely returns each month. Assist with outside bodies such as HMRC to ensure compliance at all times About you: Strong administration background A professional approach and a confidential nature The ability to communicate confidently and effectively Ability to prioritise your own workload Advanced Excel skills and statistical analysis Good attention to detail, analytical acumen, and business process knowledge What we offer: Hybrid working arrangements with blended approach of office and home working 25 days annual leave entitlement plus bank holidays rising to 30 days with.
