The Category and Sales Analyst - Amazon/Costco is responsible for providing in-depth analysis of category and digital shelf opportunities for Amazon Canada, and act as an e Commerce insights resource for other analysts (brand and sales) within the company. They will support the long-term e Commerce planning process by providing market and customer specific insights. They will work within the appropriate databases to diagnose the business and uncover opportunities. They will have a direct line of engagement with K-C analysts/insights team to exchange key learnings and will collaborate with K-C GMRA resources. They must have working knowledge of Nielsen, OCR, Clavis, Kantar, e Marketer, Euro monitor, etc. and be able to uncover insights and create stories to develop and drive overarching customer and K-C strategy, making recommendations to the Key Account Manager/Business Unit team members in order to support the achievement of budgeted sales and share volumes. In this role, you will: Provide online category management expertise to assigned head office customer(s) in the areas of product mix, merchandising, promotion, pricing, and profitability to enable Kimberly-Clark to be the supplier of choice and to assist retailers in the digital management and continued development of KCI’s product categories.
