We are looking for an enthusiastic HR professional to become an integral member of the HR team here at Bancroft’s. The post holder will take responsibility for providing confidential and professional advice to the staff body at Bancroft’s and will undertake a wide range of HR duties across recruitment, data management, managing sickness absence and ensuring the correct implementation of the employment policies, amongst other responsibilities.
