Job Title: Regional HR Business Partner Location: Frankfurt, Germany Salary: €85,000 - €110,000 per year + bonus and benefits Office based – 5 days This is an exceptional opportunity for a Regional Human Resources Business Partner to join this luxurious and prestigious aviation company and take care of the Central European area. In this role, you will be drafting the strategy for DACH, Czech Republic and Hungary. Sounds good Keep reading: Main Responsibilities Managing a team of 2Reporting to the Senior HR Partner Working together with the line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures. Leading the HR plans for the above-mentioned areas Cover day-to-day HR operations Retention, Reward, and Employee Engagement Helping to provide training on HR and Managerial topics Making sure job descriptions are accurate and assist in the recruitment process Ensure a high level of internal communication. Making sure local HR law is being followed Develop a sound relationship with union and syndicate as needed whilst keeping company and employee interests at the forefront of all activities and decisions. What are we looking for Experience dealing with unions, work councils is a must Hands-on individual and operational.
