If this sounds like you then we may have your perfect opportunity We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join us in the role of Local Service Manager, to join our management team at Drawbridge House. Set in a quiet, residential area of Bridgwater, Drawbridge House has eight fully: furnished bedrooms in a shared house. We provide support for adults aged 18 to 65, with a range of learning disabilities, encouraging them to live as independently as possible. You will be responsible for effectively leading staff to ensure that all service users receive focused support. The role will ensure effective support systems are in place and also co: ordination of staff teams. We value our team and encourage learning and progression through our comprehensive induction programme, as well as on: going training to develop new and existing skills and encourage progression.
