This Service Engineer position is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading engineering company that manufacture chemical dosing equipment which is sold to the clean and wastewater industry. The company supplies to all the major water utility companies around the UK, this role will be working 70 out on customer sites and 30 based in the workshop. This Service Engineer position is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading engineering company that manufacture chemical dosing equipment which is sold to the clean and wastewater industry. The company supplies to all the major water utility companies around the UK, this role will be working 70 out on customer sites and 30 based in the workshop. The successful Service Engineer will be expected to carry out maintenance, equipment breakdown assistance and technical support both remotely and on site including outside of normal working hours. The company offers an early finish on a Friday, private health care plan and enhanced pension scheme within its benefits package. Responsibilities of the Service Engineer: Functional testing of completed processing equipment Inspection of process equipment for site maintenance checks and breakdowns. Liaise with clients in relation to site visits. Carry out testing and commissioning of equipment throughout sites. Attend customer sites to diagnose and rectify equipment operating problems. Responsible for completing and maintaining service reports. The successful Service Engineer will be expected to have an electrical trade qualification, have previous experience as a service engineer and possess a full U. K driving license.
