Duties & Responsibilities: Door assembly Operate pneumatic hand tools and other woodworking machinery and hand power tools (i. e. miter saw, dual saw, table saw, shapers, nail gun, drill, etc. ). Assemble door panels, frames, and glass inserts to fabricate the final door system. Cut, shape and fit materials to form parts and components. Install hardware such as knobs, handle sets and hinges. Work in a safe manner and follow safe work practices and policies. Help ensure co-workers are working safely and following safety requirements. Produce quality products while maintaining required pace. Load and unload wooden materials and move materials to work areas. Perform other activities as directed. Qualifications and Skills Experience using tape measure, hand tools including nail guns, staple guns and saws. Ability to read and understand drawings, measurements, and sales orders. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Door manufacturing environment experience or carpentry background is preferred. Requirements: Fluent in English (spoken and written) with excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift product with a weight of 50+lbs. Job Type: Full-time.
