Languages: English Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years Personal suitability: Client focus, Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Reliability, Team player Tasks: • Supervise and Coordinate activities of the workers• Provide training to the new employees. • Responding promptly to all customer inquiries. • Authorize the returns of the merchandise• Meeting up the monthly sales target. • supervising and participating in the manufacturing process, procurement, and quality control. • Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts through personal communication with customers in store and follow-up communication post sale. • Assisting buyers in product selection based on their needs and securing the best price for them• Helping customers by comparing the two different merchandise in terms of pricing, quality, warranty etc. • Supervise shop employees (cabinet makers, finishers, machine operators, laborer's, etc. ) and coordinate their day-to-day activities, prioritizing efficient delegation. • Handle and create a fast-paced work environment while maintaining millwork practices that are safe and legal. • Review drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with orders and installation contracts. Supervision: 3-4 people, Cashiers, Retail salespersons and sales clerks Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Standing for extended periods.
