Look no further : we have an exciting opportunity that demands your exceptional skills and experience x1F527; Role and Responsibilities: As our Quantity Surveyor with heavy civil experience, you will be the driving force behind cost management, ensuring project budgets are meticulously maintained. Your role will encompass: 1 Cost Estimation: Accurately backssing project costs by analyzing designs, materials, labor, and other factors. 2 Budget Management: Developing and monitoring budgets throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring financial goals are met. 3 Tender Analysis: Evaluating bids from contractors and suppliers, negotiating contracts to ensure optimal value. 4 Quantity Takeoffs: Precisely measuring quantities of materials required for each project phase. 5 Variation Analysis: Tracking changes and variations, and backssing their impact on costs and schedules. 6 Risk backssment: Identifying potential financial and contractual risks and devising mitigation strategies. 7 Reporting: Generating comprehensive reports on project finances, cost trends, and budget deviations. x1F6E0; x FE0F; Qualifications and Experience: To excel in this role, you should bring: A proven track record as a Quantity Surveyor with substantial heavy civil experience. Proficiency in cost estimating software and advanced MS Excel skills. Deep understanding of heavy civil construction methodologies and materials. Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
