Graduate Surveyor GBP22000: GBP25000 + Benefts including APC training Based in Cambridge One of the largest Telecoms consultancies in the UK are offering a fantastic graduate position for a dynamic, hardworking individual who is looking to be in the build/property sector. the Graduate Surveyor will require: A degree and/or masters in a property related discipline such as Property Management, Estate Management, Town Planning or Land Management. Be able to demonstrate a keen eye for detail, be experienced working to project deadlines through university and have excellent communication skills. Be commutable to Cambridge and once established be able to work in a hybrid role. The position will work with leading network operators such as O2 and Vodafone and will play a key part in identifying new sites (urban or rural) for acquisition. Key duties will cover Planning Applications, Contract Negotiation, Cost Management and working closely with local authorities. Covering national sites you will get the opportunity to meet customers virtually and face to face and will have a mentor to work in conjunction with. In return the Graduate Surveyor will be supported through their APC, receive a full benefits package and a structured career path to allow you to excel.
