Responsibilities: • Plan and control budget and expenditures to optimize financial resources and meet organizational goals. • Establish and implement effective financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency. • Train, direct, and motivate a small team of 1 to 2 financial staff to perform at their best. • Assign, co-ordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely and accurate completion. • Design and manage investment strategies to maximize returns and support the organization's financial growth. • Monitor financial control systems to identify areas of improvement and prevent potential risks. • Manage contracts to ensure favorable terms and protect the organization's interests. • Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data, providing valuable insights to support decision-making processes. • Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial reports for senior management review. • Provide expert financial advice and recommendations to senior management to guide strategic planning. • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily financial operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Requirements: • A bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, commerce or a related field is required. • Proven experience as a Financial Manager or similar role, demonstrating the ability to handle financial responsibilities effectively. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with various departments and stakeholders.
