As the Field Sales Executive you will be responsible for driving new sales, developing new business across Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire, Berkshire, and Warwickshire, whilst maintaining existing local business. As the Field Sales Executive you will be responsible for driving new sales, developing new business across Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire, Berkshire, and Warwickshire, whilst maintaining existing local business. You will also have the chance to showcase your creativity and flair by taking an active interest with the company’s marketing and social media presence to enhance brand awareness. This role is a permanent position, Monday to Friday and would suit someone who wants to progress. Key responsibilities for the Field Sales Executive Develop and nurture new business opportunities, converting leads into successful salesmaintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and seeking out additional business opportunities Take a proactive interest in social media and marketing techniques to push the brand presence forward Collaborate closely with the team to explore and secure new leads across Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire, Berkshire, and Warwickshire Working as part of the team to ensure the sales budget is delivered and exceeded as agreed Reporting on activities and progress in weekly and monthly team meetings Key Skills/Attributes and Experience A customer-focused and with a flair for sales and a driven individual Previous sales and marketing experience with a commercial ideally industrial environment A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills A team.
