I am working with a privately owned and managed regional building contractor whose main board are well established operators in the North West Construction Market. The company are experiencing a period of structured growth with a healthy pipeline of future work heading into 2024 in the Leisure, Commercial, Student Living and Residential sectors. They are looking to recruit a Project Manager to initially run a c GBP 12m student accommodation new build and refurbishment scheme. The role will be to motivate and manage the site team, evaluating and influencing the performance of sub: contractors, creating and revising programmes as required, design team co: ordination, health and safety management, reporting to the regional board on progress, identifying and solving resource issues and chairing design and progress meetings with the site teams and the client. Applicants will be strong leaders with a successful track record of delivering projects in various sectors.
