(This is a remote opportunity but applicant can choose hybrid/on-site schedule. ) About the Role As the Customer Service Manager (CSM), you will oversee the seamless onboarding of clients onto the platform, ensuring a smooth transition from sales prospects to active users. Your role involves personalized guidance during onboarding, addressing queries, and setting the stage for a positive customer experience. Maintaining long-term relationships with clients will also be essential, fostering trust and success. By effectively managing this process, you'll contribute to both client satisfaction and 's reputation as a reliable solution. Responsibilities Provide an added level of support and value to high value users Engage customers in initial set up and schedule regular check ins to encourage adoption and ensure retention Evaluate customer use cases and position Sync to meet the needs of existing and potential customers Maintain pre-sales pipeline data, develops creative and/or effective plans, and takes actions to move opportunities to closure Assist in developing a long-term data driven engagement strategy Assisting with the development of the Customer Experience Strategy to increase the number of seats per account Collaborate across the Sync team to solve client.
