GBP43 : GBP45 flexible Non Stops client, a well: established therapeutic agency with a Good Ofsted rating, is currently seeking a motivated and determined individual to join their team as a Regional Manager for 3 months in the North Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable organisation as a locum manager. Without the pressure of committing to a full contract, you will have the chance to start right away. This type of work will ensure your schedule stays flexible. Benefits: Therapeutic agency: each childs needs will be taken into consideration and you will know you are making a real difference with the work you do Good Ofsted rating: you will be walking into a team that already holds a high standard of care Not the Ofsted Registered manager: you are a regional manager without the pressure of being registered with Ofsted Competitive salary Hybrid working with 3 days working from home Responsibilities: Youll be responsible for managing the fostering service Manage a team to ensure a high standard of care is met Youll be responsible for covering the North Midlands region including Supervising Social Workers, Branch Admins, regional therapist, and Education advisors Requirements: SWE registered Demonstrate relevant experience Have experience dealing with complex cases and extensive knowledge of safeguarding legislation Drivers license How : If this role sounds like something you would be interested in, Apply, ideally in Word format, via this site.
