Opportunity We are pleased to announce that we have a full time, permanent opportunity available for a Shipping Clerk in our Surrey, BC location. Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm A Day in the Life As a Shipping Clerk, you will play an important part of the Outbound team by planning and coordinating the routing schedule and adhering to routing compliance guidelines. You'll be working with products from awesome clients and that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle. All About You The Perfect Fit: Excellent Office 365 skills. Excellent Aspire capabilities. Strong ability to multitask and problem solve. Can communicate both internally and externally in an open, helpful and engaging manner. Is KPI driven and goal focused ability to work through Client requests and complaints in a manner that meets Client needs and follows NRI processes. Ability to escalate obstacles when you are unable to come up with a solution. Follows safe job procedures. The Must Haves: Must have 6+ months of experience proficient with Microsoft Office specifically Outlook, Excel, Teams, and One Drive Must be comfortable with learning carrier systems, programs, company portals and WMS Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to life and carry up to 50 lbs. walking and standing for extending periods, climbing ladders/stairs, ok with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc. What You Will be Doing: Ensures all outbound shipments are processes and routed according to Client and Customer needs and within Service Level Agreement (SLA) Schedule shipment and transportation agreement. In collaboration with the Supervisor, works within the Vendor Compliance processes, polices and procedures to ensure complete compliance on all shipments that are leaving the facility.
