Job requirements: Languages: English Education: College or equivalent experience Experience required: at least 2 years relevant work experience. Job Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategies for purchasing area aligned with the restaurant’s food, beverage，spices, materials, ingredients objectives.2. Evaluate and validate business unit requests before purchasing, including identifying supplier options and other possible cost reduction opportunities.3. Create new contracts for assigned categories based on standard products and services used in the restaurant.4. Maintain par levels of stock, complete requisition for additional supplies as appropriate.5. Maintain and research pricing for all purchased goods and keep records for accounting.6. Check the proper operation of the various machine and equipment daily and purchase or import equipment when needed.7.
