Legal Secretary Salary DOE Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week Permanent Our client based in Newmarket, is searching for a Legal Secretary to join their well: established team. The successful candidate will be supporting the Commercial Property team, providing them with secretarial and administrative support. Previous experience within a similar role in a legal office is essential. Main duties and responsibilities, (including but not limited to): Audio and copy typing Opening and closing files Organising diaries Answering the telephone Filing Requesting redemption statements from lenders and using LMS and Lender Exchange Drafting completion statements, invoices and SDLT forms with HMRC and submitting them Occasional reception cover Key skills and attributes: Strong communicator who works well under pressure Discreet and trustworthy Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and individually Good eye for detail and accuracy Well organised and methodical, with the ability to prioritise the workload Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word is essential Working knowledge of ALB case management system or similar Experience in a similar role within a legal office is essential High standard of typing Good telephone manner Benefits: Employee pension scheme Holiday entitlement starting at 22 (rising to 25) plus 2 days off at Christmas Free on: site parking If you are interested in this role, then please apply with a current CV or for more information please call our Bury St Edmunds branch on.
