Due to their remarkable growth trajectory, my client is actively seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to become part of their team. The ideal candidate should have a commercial background and hold ACA Qualification. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the commercial team to offer financial modelling and commercial analysis for our emerging business pipeline. Cultivate relationships with crucial stakeholders throughout the organisation. Financial modelling – conduct all types of financial analysis Cash flow, P&L, NPV etc to support real estate transactions Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing on customised models in collaboration with commercial managers, providing guidance to our business development teams and clients. Provide advice, provoke critical thinking, and exert influence on matters necessitating financial judgement or expertise. Scrutinise lease agreements to ensure accurate financial underwriting aligns with the commercial stance of real estate transactions. Desired Skills and Experience: Highly motivated problem solver with keen attention to detail Thrives in fast-paced, changing environments Pricing experience essential, supporting RFPs and tenders from a commercial perspective. Outsourcing background desirable. Strong analytical skills and mindset Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA with vital experience in a commercial finance role Proficient in Excel for financial analysis, including advanced formulae Index Match, Sum ifs, Pivot Tables, and financial modelling Experienced in multicurrency environments Capable of understanding and advising on commercial implications of decisions/options.
