Plasman , Windsor 1 Manufacturing is currently seeking a new member to join our team as an: Injection Mold Process Manager The Injection Mold Process Manager will manage, co-ordinate and assist in the activities of the Technical Department at Plasman, Windsor 1 and Windsor 3 Manufacturing. The Role: Develop technical department goals in support of Plant Operations strategic direction. Develop, review, roll out and continuously improve all technical department work instructions, processes and procedures, training plans, and competency checks for all team members reporting into the department. Develop staffing plans and schedules for the Technical team. Develop, manage and report out Key Process Indicators for the Technical department. Manage day to day Technical Team performance in support of Plant Operations Manage Technical department improvement activities in support of Plant Operations Education & Experience Requirements: BS Degree, Related in Mechanical Engineering, Mold Technology, or equivalent combination of work experience, training, and industry experience Must have 10+ years' experience in a leadership role, within a manufacturing environment Preference.
