Purpose Responsible for leading the project execution of global expansion initiatives, developing the global payroll operating model, and leading the activities of global payroll projects. This role will also work in collaboration with the Sr Manager, Global Payroll compliance to develop global payroll standards and controls to ensure data accuracy, efficiency within SAP and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role collaborates with the Payroll Operations team, the Global Payroll Compliance team, Total Rewards COE, IT&S/HR Support, Regional Payroll and HR Operations and other business areas to create future processes, document and manage all project related tasks and requirements. Accountabilities • Leads and drives a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge • Leads the project execution of global expansion initiatives (Global HR Transformation), collaborating with regional stakeholders to ensure global payroll standards, controls and compliance • Develops and defines the global payroll operating model by understanding regional models and payroll operating requirements • During the execution of global payroll projects, collaborates with Director, Global Payroll & Time to evaluate and analyze existing global payroll policies, requirements, procedures and processes to identify improvement/enhancement opportunities and implement solutions to address them • Manages third party vendor support in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and manages regular operational requirements • Facilitates and assists with the development of global payroll project specific and statistical reports to identify gaps in procedures and services • Acts as a subject matter expert on all aspects of global payroll projects, resolves escalated.
