Your opportunity: Under the supervision of the Business Officer and reporting to the Manager, Finance and Administration, the incumbent provides day-to-day financial administration of research and operating funds. This position has responsibility for faculty research grants and contracts; expense reimbursements; travel authorizations; preparing contracts and timesheets for casuals; U-Source orders; purchase orders; and other financial duties. The incumbent will also prepare standard reports to assist the Business Officer with financial planning, forecasting and reconciling month end reports.
