Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage the listing process from start to finish, ensuring all necessary documentation and information are accurately collected and prepared. • Collaborate with real estate agents, photographers, stagers, and other professionals to schedule property photoshoots, virtual tours, and other marketing materials. • Leverage your social media expertise to strategically market properties on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, maximizing their online visibility. • Input property information into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and other relevant platforms, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards. • Prepare and proofread listing descriptions, property highlights, and other marketing materials to effectively showcase properties to potential buyers. • Monitor and manage online listings, including social media accounts, to ensure accuracy and update information as needed. • Assist in managing contracts and paperwork related to listings, maintaining meticulous records for future reference. Qualifications: • 2-3 years of administrative and/or customer service experience. • Prior experience in real estate, property management, or a related field is a plus. • Proficiency in using real estate software, MLS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required. • Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal.
