About the Role: Reporting The Field Service Representative reports directly to the Engineering Manager. Core Competencies Critical thinking, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills. Extensive knowledge of aircraft modification, maintenance, and operational procedures. Team player with excellent interpersonal skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Effective use of avionics/electrical design principles. Effective decision-making and judgement. Critical thinking and risk management. Problem-solving and mathematical reasoning. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Computer literacy with Microsoft Office and.
