Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise and manage gas station and convenient store sales to ensure efficient operations Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules Authorize payments and the return of merchandise Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages Maintain store and gas inventory and order merchandise/refill fuel Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, and merchandising Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness May perform the same duties as sales workers supervised Perform key holding and managerial duties if required, such as opening and closing the store, managing escalated complaints, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and signing for deliveries. Requirements: Experience: Minimum one year of experience as retail sales supervisor Education: college diploma or above Qualifications: Ability to manage inventory, ordering, and stocking of merchandise Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a professional and pleasant demeanor; Customer service skills and the ability to resolve customer complaints in a professional manner Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team of employees Understanding of basic accounting principles to manage cash handling and reporting Good time management skills, ability to prioritize and work under pressure. Able to multitask; Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Ability to occasionally work extended hours - if required. Please contact by email: xyz X@.
