This is a lovely customer care role for a GERMAN speaker. This is not a typical call centre role, and in stead you will be encouraged to really understand what the customer is looking for and to take your time on the phone in order to provide the right solution to any questions that the customer may have around insurance claims. Listening, care, and attention to detail are hall marks of this role. In exchange you will have the chance to work 3 days from home and just two in the office.
