Senior Building Surveyor Location: Central London Salary: GBP 60k : GBP 70k + Excellent Benefits Our client is a dynamic consultancy, specialising in capital and development project management. They are looking for a RICS chartered or experienced Building Surveyor with strong residential expertise, particularly in the public sector. You will be London: based or within commuting distance. Responsibilities: Conduct building surveys, site inspections and asset management surveys. Create schedules of conditions, defect reports, and PPM schedules, mainly within the education sector. Formulate Schedules of Work and Specifications for maintenance and construction projects. Organise meetings and collate project documentation, budgets, and reports. Deliver professional Building Surveying services. Oversee sub: consultants and contractors. Support the project management team. Manage contract administration. Requirements: Previous experience as a Senior Building Surveyor. MRICS qualification, 5+ years level three surveying, residential and public sector expertise. Recent RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying or related discipline (MSc/BSc). Proficiency in report and specification writing. IT proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
