Senior Quantity Surveyor South East / London : Base location is dependent on successful candidate GBP 53,645 : GBP 59,158 per year 35 Hours per week : Monday to Friday, 8:00am : 16:30pm We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. You will be responsible for effectively contract managing all capital and reinvestment projects and supply chain performance within a geographical region. The role of Senior Quantity Surveyor will include: : Managing all contractor projects for a range of contracts for capital improvement programmes, adaptations, cyclical projects and adhoc works for external clients, while backssing scope for potential new projects: Consistently delivering high quality and value for money projects within agreed budgets: Managing and preparing bidding documentation for new projects within deadlines, adhering to regulatory legal and policy related constraints at all times: Managing and contribute to special regional programmes and projects, particularly providing advice on potential costs: Leading and managing all supply chain consultancy and contractor appointments and/or contracts to ensure compliance with legislation and ensure high quality supply chain performance Skills and experiences: : Degree, management qualification or relevant professional qualification in construction or surveying or similar or knowledge and ability at an equivalent level: Recent experience in undertaking a similar role working in a commercially focused housing and/ or contracting business: Working knowledge of relevant regulations,.
