About the Opportunity Reporting to the Health Services Manager, the Social Worker will be responsible for developing and ensuring the systematic provision of a high quality and specialist clinical psychology services in the Cardiac Rehab Clinic. The Social Worker will function as a primary therapist within a multidisciplinary team.
