Here's what you'll be doing: Designing, implementing and maintaining Java-based applications Building modular code that is maintainable, readable, and secure Creating, building, and maintaining back-end services focusing on scalability, performance, and availability Reading, writing, and administering data sets in Java, and connecting Java applications to the platform Here's what our ideal candidate has: 5+ years of back-end software development experience with Java3+ years of experience with Java frameworks such as Spring/Spring Boot3+ years of cloud native development in GCP, AWS, or Azure Exposure to and strong knowledge of big data processing using industry standard tools Deep understanding of object-oriented design principals and patterns Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related field Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Keywords: big data, bigquery, dataproc, dataflow, data pipeline, hadoop, emr, java, aws, gcp, cloud-native development.
