Summary Are you an organized, professional and energetic self starter, with an interest in pursuing a career in project management? We are now hiring an entry-level, year round, position of Project Coordinator based out of our Cold Lake, Alberta regional office! The Project Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of all site activities and is deemed as the site designate. The project coordinator is responsible for communications and requests from the owner and/or consultant, subcontractors, Project Managers and Superintendents. Key Responsibilities Responsible for organizing trucking requirements for jobs. Maintain up to date utility locates to ensure site is ready for company personnel, ensuring that subcontractors have their own. Act as a company representative at all site meetings and as a point of contact for field level questions regarding upcoming and current project(s). Responsible for collection and confirmation of field quantities for month end progress submissions. Collect and record valuable information regarding the execution of a project and issues during construction. Project estimating responsibilities as required, including maintaining tendered and negotiated changes. Ordering construction material, requesting and receiving purchase orders(POs) as required.
