Company – SAMOSA AND SWEETS FACTORYJob Type - Full-time Location- ETOBICOKE Job Type: Full Time/Permanent Positions Available: 1 Primary Responsibilities: REQUIRED SKILLSET: • Establish work schedules and procedures. • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. • Utilize superior communications skills to motivate staff and develop effective peers, managers, and clients. • Responsible for all shipping staff which includes determining training needs, conducting performance reviews, participation in the recruiting of new staff, completing all necessary reporting for health and safety and WSIB issues, and the ability to resolve employee concerns. • Prepare and submit shipping and receiving reports. • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery. • Arrange for maintenance and repair work. • Resolve work related problems. • Provide training to support individual roles, and to expand skills which move employee engagement in the growth of the business. • Train workers in duties and policies. • Arrange training for staff. • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies. • Co-ordinate, assign, review and supervise work. • Coordinates intercompany inventory transfers and shipping opportunities. • Review requirements daily, track the transportation and distribution of inventory. Anticipated Start Date As soon as possible Salary $28 per hour, 35 hours per week Education Requirements –Secondary school education Experience Minimum – 1-2 years Apply: Email - xyz X@.
