Payroll Administrator – Rutland, Oakham £25-30Kpa Location: Rutland, Oakham Hybrid Term: Permanent, Full time Salary: £25,000-£30,000Hours: Flexibility on hours eg. 24 to 37 per week negotiable Are you detail-oriented, organised, and skilled in processing payroll Can you start immediately If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you As a Payroll Administrator you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of 250 employees’ payroll. You will be responsible for maintaining payroll records, calculating wages, deductions, and taxes, and addressing employee payroll-related inquiries. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of payroll procedures and regulations, and excellent communication skills. Essential requirements: Previous experience running payroll for 250+ employees Able to demonstrate comprehensive payroll knowledge and up to date with current legislation. Strong numerical and literacy abilities are required, along with a foundation in GCSE Maths and English. Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Excel, is important. Outstanding written and spoken communication skills are necessary. Exceptional abilities in time management and personal organisation, enabling effective deadline-driven work. Meticulous attention to detail and precision is a must.
