Description Overview We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic UK payroll lead to join our fast: growing People Solutions Team. Reporting to the Regional Payroll Lead, the successful candidate will lead a team inthe UK that administers 3 UK payrolls, time and attendance and supports leave management andbenefits administration. You will play a pivotal role in coaching, mentoring and developing the teamto ensure delivery of pay accurately and on time. You will also be a key contributor to our overall HR transformation and partner on changing our current end to end payroll processes. Location: Braunton, North Devon, or London Reports To: Regional Payroll Lead Scope of the Role: Overall responsibility of UK payrolls: Lead the teams to drive efficient operational processing through the adoption of automationwhere possible, application of standardised processes and delivery of a consistent servicemodel: Maintain a strong high: performing team through effective recruiting, training, coaching, team building, performance management and resource planning.Ensure procedures are compliant and consistent with current regulations.Foster and maintain positive relationships with the internal stakeholder groups.Educate stakeholders on legislative updates/Payroll changes: Manage the external payroll vendor contracts, including the on: going management of SLAs, service delivery and ensuring compliance to in: country reporting requirements.Develop and maintain robust Business Continuity plans for all payrolls: Lead internal and external audits within supported countries ensuring.
