ACCOUNTS RECIEVABLE ADMINISTRATOR / EXETER Location: Skypark, Exeter : near Exeter Airport Job type: Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30am : 17:00pm Salary : A GBP 25,000 : A GBP 28,000 per annum Hawk 3 Talent Solutions, operating as an employment agency, are currently recruiting for a Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our client in Exeter on a permanent full time contract. The successful candidate will be a key part to the Group Finance Team and be responsible for the collection, monitoring and reporting of the companies multi: currency debtors. We are looking for candidates with experience within credit control, friendly telephone manner and be able to build effective relationships. Duties and Responsibilities: Allocation of cash to sales ledger accounts Answering of sales ledger account queries Monitoring of age of debts, open cash and outstanding balances against limited Proactive monitoring of customer accounts on credit stop Preparation of collection letters, ranging from reminder to legal collection notices Liaison with internal department to resolve customer queries Weekly and monthly reporting of cash received Assistance to the accounts manager in completing legal and insurance claims Assistance to the accounts manager in bad debt provision calculations Creation of new customer accounts Ongoing administration of customer master record in Sage and CRM Completion of regularly credit checks and reviewing of financial information Reviewing credit stopped orders and contacting credit stopped customer for payment collection Overriding credit stopped orders where required About you: Credit control experience Excellent customer service and communication skills Good attention to detail IT literate and competent with MS Office Team player Benefits: 6.4 weeks starting holiday Free eye tests Positive working environment Pension scheme Free onsite parking Staff discount for this role, please submit your CV via the button or contact Shannon Bunch.
