Summary of business unit Our Business Services team is a collective of creative, strategic, and forward-thinking business enablers. Together, the People & Culture, Marketing & Communications, IT, Operations, Finance and Quality & Risk Management teams make it their mission to ensure Mazars has the right tools, technology, strategies and services in place to deliver exceptional client service and future-proof our growing business. About the role Responsible for collection of overdue debt and preventing repetition. Using an internal credit management system to prioritise daily activity. Liaising with the national partners and managers regarding client payments. Managing client queries and enquiries. What are we looking for? A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar credit management role within a professional services environment. CICM qualified preferred but study opportunity may be available. Strong IT skills and proficient in Excel, to a level to include pivot tables, V look ups. Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent, with 5 passes of Grade C or above, to include English Language and Mathematics.
