THE PURPOSE OF OUR FINANCE ASSISTANTAs a finance assistant you will support the Finance Manager with company finance processes ensuring high levels of quality and accuracy. THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AS A FINANCE ASSISTANT Client's and firm's disbursements, payments, expenses, and receipts Daily banking activities Dealing with and resolving queries Firm and Client bank reconciliations General ledger reconciliations Billing for client and office Issuing of client and firm cheques and bank transfers Maintaining and updating archives HERE ARE THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE Good Microsoft Excel skills (some knowledge of V-Lookups and pivot tables would be desirable but not essential) Experience of working in a similar role desirable. Good communication skills both written and verbal.
