The Quality Manager will lead Sepura's Quality Team and providing support and direction across the business for all aspects of product and process quality and continuous improvement. The role will also have responsibility for the quality management systems that support the business and maintain compliance to quality standards. Your Role As a Quality Manager, you will lead a team who work with teams across Sepura and external partners in managing and improving quality as well as ensuring compliance with external standards. You will provide guidance and support to your team in gathering quality metrics and applying industry best practice techniques to improve the processes that underpin the high standards Sepura customers expect from its products and services. A key part of this is supporting the development and manufacture of Sepura's industry leading mission critical radio equipment and accessories throughout their lifecycle from initial development to end of life. The Sepura Quality Manager will be able to communicate and collaborate with all departments and at all levels within the business. You will be experienced in best practices and dedicated to promoting a culture of continuous improvement. As the Quality Manager you will be able to interpret data gathered from both manufacturing partners and internally within Sepura and confident in identifying and articulating how relevant changes can impact and improve the delivery to customers.
