HR Advisor Hours: 09:00am : 17:00pm (37.5hrs a week)Shift: Monday to Friday Pay: GBP30k : 35k annually (DOE)Location: Burton on Trent Start Date: ASAP We are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to work at our long: standing client based in Burton on Trent Job Responsibilities: Leading multiple HR change projectsTraining and coaching our management team, providing them with ongoing support, employment law advice and best practice advice on a daily basis. Manage an employee relations caseload efficiently and effectively, maintaining consistency across the network. Leading the engagement plan and supporting activities throughout the year. Monitoring absence and case work for long term sick colleagues, engaging with welfare meetings and occupational health where required. Engaging with our on: site union representatives, supporting in meetings and helping to maintain our relationship. Collate management reports for the People Manager, including analysis of labour turnover, absence rates etcUtilising our Oracle Cloud system to support recruitment and onboarding activities with the help of the People AssistantsSupporting our Payroll Controller to ensure the accurate and timely administration of the monthly payroll and annual pay reviews. Engaging with our reward team to regularly review our benefits package and benchmarking. Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience of providing employment law and best practice advice on c complex ER casesPrevious experience in managing HR change projectsAbility to work flexibly, providing occasional cover across shift patternsPrevious experience of complex absence managementAbility to plan and prioritise workload, working under pressure to tight deadlines. Ideally in possession of, or working towards, CIPD Level 5 or above.
