Are you looking for a new role within a thriving company experiencing year on year growth? You will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various construction and refurbishment initiatives in West Susinteraction and Kent. You will be responsible for conducting thorough building surveys, providing accurate backssments, and offering professional advice on the repair and maintenance requirements of educational buildings. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the improvement of schools and educational facilities while showcasing your expertise as a Building Surveyor. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive building surveys, inspections, and backssments of educational premises. Identify and evaluate the condition of existing buildings, highlighting areas requiring repair, maintenance, or improvement. Prepare detailed reports, including cost estimates and recommendations for necessary repair work. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to develop and implement effective CIF project plans. Manage and monitor construction works, ensuring compliance with building regulations, health and safety standards, and project specifications. Provide professional advice on compliance matters, building defects, and the implementation of sustainable construction practices. Keep up: to: date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to building surveying and CIF projects. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Building Surveying or a related field. Relevant professional certifications or chartership (e. g. MRICS) is preferred. Proven experience as a Building Surveyor, particularly in CIF projects or educational sector projects.
