We are currently seeking an Internal Sales Executive for our client in Worcestershire, who provide International Transport solutions by Air, Road and Sea. As the Internal Sales Executive, you will be working within the Sales team, building and developing relationships with both new and existing clients, helping to maximise the businesses potential. Key duties of the Internal Sales Executive: Manage client accounts (setting up accounts for new clients and renewing existing and dormant accounts). Generate and calculate Air, Road and Sea freight quotations. Manage sales quotations through to successful job results. Draft and send appropriate sales correspondence. Ensure all quotes are complete and followed up on. The successful Internal Sales Executive will have good knowledge of Export Sales and proven experience working in a similar Sales or Customer Service role. We are keen to hear from confident and self: motivated individuals who have experience managing key accounts, along with proven experience developing relationships with clients. Other requirements of the Internal Sales Executive: Experience negotiating rates with clients and suppliers. Able to successfully calculate and submit quotes and tender submissions. Strong IT skills : can confidently use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point. Good administrative skills. Excellent numerical skills.
