Guest Services Team Leader Keyworker Living Romford, RM Mon to Fri Temp to Perm £15 p/h One of the largest housing associations in Esinteraction is recruiting for a Guest Services Team Leader to over see their cleaning operations within a keyworker living service in Romford on a temp to perm basis. The Role As the Guest Services Team Leader, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our guests receive outstanding customer service. You will lead and supervise a team of Guest Services Assistants, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety for all Keyworker accommodations. Your role will contribute to creating a welcoming environment for our residents and visitors. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and work alongside the Guest Services Associates, ensuring compliance with housekeeping schedules, frequencies, and methods. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards for Keyworker accommodations, including cleaning void properties, communal areas, and external spaces. Assist in creating a welcoming environment by supporting the manager and ensuring external areas are well-maintained. Monitor repairs and defects, reporting them promptly to uphold Swan HA's Health and Safety obligations. Collaborate with the Scheme Manager to identify staff training needs within the Keyworker Living Service. Contribute to producing work programs, schedules, and reports related to repairs, health and safety, and environmental issues. Motivate and manage the Guest Services team, ensuring effective teamwork, individual development, and training.
