Corporate Couriers Logistics Ltd. is looking for a Human resources officer (NOC 12101)to join our Human Resources team. Permanent, full-time job Wage - $ 29.25/hr Benefits: extended medical and dental benefits after 3 months of work Requirements: • At least 1-2 years of experience in a clerical or administrative position related to employee relations; • Language: English, excellent written and verbal communications skills; • Education requirement: a college diploma in Human Resources, business, or other relevant field or completion of a professional development program in personnel administration is required. Main duties: • Timely and effective delivery of human resource services including but not limited to identify staffing requirements and conduct recruitment process; • Provide advice to applicants on terms and conditions of employment, employee relations, employment legislation, policies and procedures; • Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews, participate in selection and evaluation potential candidates; • Coordinate redeployment and placement of personnel, notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers; • Guiding people managers with career conversations, Development Plans/Career Growth Plans and other development initiatives; • Resolve different employee relations issues, conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations; • Organize and administer staff consultations on staffing policies and procedures, arrange staff training; • Monitor the company culture to backss employee engagement and proactively address issues and risks; • Implement a long-term employee engagement strategy and execute on projects, ongoing process improvements and business as usual tasks to support a positive employee/leader experience.
