Skyline Projects Ltd. - PAINTERVacancy: Painter Positions: 5Employer: Skyline Projects Ltd located at 8714 128 A Street Surrey, BC V3W OK3Salary: $29 hourly Hours: 40 Per week Terms of employment: Full time/Permanent Language: English Education: No formal education required Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience Job location: various locations across Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley, British Columbia Job Duties: • Apply protective and decorative coats of paint, varnish, lacquer, and/or other related materials to interior and exterior surfaces of buildings• Wash, scrape, sand, torch and/or smooth interior and exterior surfaces prior to painting, varnishing, lacquering or applying other materials Operate compressors, striping machines, sandblasters, spray equipment and other small power equipment• Mix and thin paint to obtain desired colour and texture• Apply primers or sealers to prepare new surfaces• Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape and paper to protect surfaces during painting• Fill cracks, holes, and joints with caulk, putty, plaster or other fillers using caulking guns or putty knives• Mix and match colors of paints, stain or varnish with oil and thinning anddrying additives in order to obtain desired colors and consistencies To apply for the position please e-mail your resume to: xyz X@.
