As the central point for ER and TUPE, your insights and guidance will directly impact our dedicated healthcare professionals, enhancing the workplace environment and, in turn, patient care across our extensive network of renal care centres. Key Responsibilities: ER and TUPE Management: Handle all aspects of ER and TUPE, ensuring fair and equitable treatment of employees during business transitions. Business Support: Offer proactive guidance on HR process and procedure, ensure policy compliance, and oversee the HR admin inbox. HR Programmes: Administer HR programmes such as onboarding, induction, employment checks, and probation action oversight. Training and Development: Coordinate in-house training and support annual appraisals, advising managers on employee development opportunities. Employee Exit Process: Conduct exit interviews and compile leaver reports, ensuring smooth transition processes. Employee Communication: Oversee various HR correspondences, from new starter information to contract change advisories. Payroll Interface: Maintain the absence tracker and collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate data provision. Preferred Candidates Will Demonstrate: In-depth knowledge of Employee Relations and TUPE regulations, with strong IT skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
