Position Overview Under the supervision of the Manager of Therapeutic Services and/or a designated Clinical Service Leader (CSL), the Data Entry Clerk is responsible for performing all assigned computer data entry and inputting related to Therapeutic Services workload measurements system. This includes input of direct patient care data, non-patient care data into excel spreadsheets, as well as verifying reports and distributing same. Experience Six months of related experience required. Experience in Microsoft Office required, Excel specific knowledge or training an asset. Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate) Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent. Certification/Licensure/Registration Not applicable Qualifications and Skills Ability to effectively type at a minimum of 40 wpm required. Medical terminology course an asset. Mathematical aptitude an asset. Demonstrates initiative and organizational skills; confidentiality required. Demonstrated ability to read, write legibly, follow oral and written instructions; ability to work with minimal supervision required. Demonstrated ability to maintain records and reports required.
