Kildare are looking for a part time Accountant to join the team. Position: Accountant Part Time Hours: 9.00am to 1.00pm 4 Hours per day Day of Work: Monday/Friday Location: Kildare Salary: Neg DOEOur client a Retail and Installation Company, PVC Walls, Ceilings, Resin Flooring & Drainage Systems, Wall Protection based in co. Kildare are looking for a part time Accountant to join the team. Key Responsibilities: Take complete control/responsibility of accounting duties. Provide professional, proactive service, Payroll Processing. Processing payments run. Supplier invoice Data Entry. Customer invoicing. Debtor/creditor reconciliations. Debtor collection. Bank Reconciliation. RCT Returns. Prepare and enter journals on accounting package, Sage 50 Cloud. Assist in assembling information for external auditors for the annual audit. Key Skills: Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in a similar role Experience in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook Knowledge of Sage Line 50 & Sage Payroll Good organisational skillinteractioncellent attention to detail Due to the urgency of this vacancy, it is not possible for our client at this time to consider anyone without the appropriate work permits, visas or sponsorship's already in place.
